First, we have the Major Loss Award, a collaborative entry between Clear, Zurich, Crawford & Company and Harris Balcombe. Secondly, we have Centor who were shortlisted for the ESG: Sustainability Initiative of the Year.
After waiting patiently with our fingers crossed, we can announce that last night, we won the Major Loss Award!
This accolade was awarded for a claim that was handled during the height of the Covid pandemic. Already an uncertain time for many, the lives of those individuals affected by this particular incident were further disrupted. Our team in Alcester responded without hesitation to ensure disruption was minimised and suitable resolutions were sourced. This is an example of our commitment to providing clients with specialist advice to ensure they purchase the correct level of insurance and subsequently, handle any claims as effectively as possible.
Mike Edgeley, CLEAR Group CEO, praised all those involved, commenting “what happened in this instance [demonstrated] a large and complex claim being dealt with in an utterly professional and competent manner”.
